T-Mobile regains exclusivity

exclusivetmobile.jpgThe news, for you fans of the unlocked iPhones, is not good. As we mentioned yesterday, the German court which was ruling on whether or not T-Mobile could be the exclusive provider of the iPhone in Germany delayed its ruling until today. Now we have that ruling.

Sorry, Vodafone. The court has ruled that T-Mobile can sell the iPhone exclusively. We assume that means we will be bidding adieu to the unlocked €999 model. Those of you who want to buy a legit unlocked iPhone will have to head next door to France.

Right new, wrong ad. T-Mobile sells the iPhone for 399 Euros here in Germany. I don't know where you got the image of the ad from, but I'd it's a fake dated back in the pre-iPhone era in Germany. :)
