We know you will cry your eyes out over the news that the Hamburg district court which was supposed to today announce their decision on T-Mobile’s exclusive deal with Apple for distributing the iPhone in Germany has instead delayed their decision until tomorrow. I know, I know: killer.
A injunction was issued a few weeks ago, and while T-Mobile appealed, it did begin to offer an unlocked version of the iPhone in Germany for the low, low price of €999. The decision will determine whether T-Mobile’s appeal holds water or not. Consider our breath bated.
