iPhone lawsuits keep coming
Suing Apple must be the cool thing to do these days. Apple, AT&T and even Steve Jobs have been named in the latest lawsuit involving the iPhone.
This time Apple is accused of price discrimination because of the $200 iPhone price drop the company made in September. Apple later offered a $100 in-store credit for early buyers of the iPhone, but that obviously didn’t satisfy everyone.
The New York woman that launched the lawsuit is asking for $1 million in damages.

I'm not all that happy about the price cut either, but $1M??? What's she smoking?? How on earth does she think Apple's damaged her to the tune of $1M. This case (and the women too, literally) should be tossed out.

I was as irate as anyone about the drastic price cut... or so I thought.
Hopefully her suit will be tossed out of court as frivolous and she'll have to pay apple's attorney fees as a punishment. This kind of cr@p makes me sick and embarrassed.

I think that this country is in major need of tort reform. Loser pays will stop all of this silly lawsuits.
At the end of the day, we will have to pay more for our Apple products because of morons like this one.

She crazy, her reasons for going to court not even make sense

Actually, it's perfectly legal to discriminate against drug users. It's policy for most companies.
