iPhone users: PC World would like to ask you a few questions
We get to opine at length about what we think of the iPhone—we set up this entire blog to do just that, and when that proves to be too confining, we can devote an entire podcast to talking about a month’s worth of iPhone experience. Your opportunities to comment are decidedly more limited. Yes, you can post in the comments section of this blog, or, failing that, you can dial up the iPhone Central Hotline and give us an earful.
Our good friends at PC World are giving you another venue in which to either shout your hosannas or vent your spleen about all things iPhone-related. As part of our sister publication’s own efforts to mark the iPhone’s first month in the wild, they’re conducting an iPhone survey and they want to hear about your experiences. The results will be the basis for an upcoming PC World story.

Hi,
On top what was actually said about missing features, I would like the following:
1) True calculator, and TI calculator for college kids. MacOSX has already a powerful app that can draw nice functions. Why not iPhone?
2) Ability to record and manage voice memos
3) More widgets, well known from MacOSX.
4) A camera on the front of device so I could use iChat video. That would be awesome! :)
5) English Dictionary and translator. Come on, Apple! That's not hard.
6) Native games, not that baby thing is the Safari.
That would be all what I got in mind for now.
Thanks!

Until Apple opens up the iPhone OSX for developers I'm not getting too excited, well pretty excited.
I've used an iPhone at the AT&T store a couple of times and used a friends. There are some useful "iPhone" Safari websites like techdictionary but Apple needs to have real apps or real widgets like you get with desktop OSX.
I need a database and a good calculator. Come one Filemaker -- make a mobile version for iPhone AND give it calculating power, not the current overpriced impotent mobile version.
And lastly for now, make iPhone Safari run .swf files
