Sync different
We had a query from a loyal reader that was so good—and so applicable to both the iPhone and iPod—I couldn’t help myself. I stole it for today’s iPod Blog entry at Playlist. I won’t give away the plot, but here’s the gist: The Good Doctor Watts was stumped because iTunes appears to offer no option for syncing a TV season from beginning to end. Instead, you’re offered the choice to watch the most recent stuff first or all of it (no help when an entire TV season won’t fit on an iPhone).
I suggest he leave these options behind and do things the old fashioned way—with a Smart Playlist. Check out the solution for yourself and see if you agree.

Just check or uncheck the episodes you want/don't want in the Library list and choose to sync ALL. Manual, but much easier.
