Ihnatko on the end of iPhone innocence
Beloved technology columnist Andy Ihnatko is someone who, like me, spent a few minutes with his hands on the iPhone back in January at Macworld Expo. And he quite rightly laments the serious loss of coolness we both face once the general public gets their hands on the iPhone this Friday:
My elan has been dampened. My joie is nowhere near as vivre-ey as it once was, and I find that someone has gone and installed a screen door on my submarine. Why? Because I have only a few more hours of lording it all over people that I’ve already used an iPhone and they haven’t. Damn.
Go ahead and read the whole thing at Macworld.com. It’s funny, as is usual for Mr. Ihnatko.
